I had the privilege of hosting a presentation for the Northumberland Landlord Association the other night at the beautiful Lakehurst in Cobourg. 
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow landlords, share insights, and discuss the latest trends in the real estate market.

Savoring the last Friday of summer before Labour Day weekend! It’s a bit bittersweet as we reflect on the amazing memories we’ve made this season. It’s hard to let go of such a wonderful summer.
But with fall just around the corner, there’s a new adventure ahead—Quinn is starting grade 7! As the leaves begin to change, we’re excited for all the new experiences and cozy moments this season will bring.
Today, I’m celebrating one of my greatest achievements through real estate investing. This journey has granted me the perfect balance in life and the freedom to work on my terms. With complete flexibility, I can choose when to work and when to take time off, truly living life on my own schedule.

Reflecting on an Incredible Weekend at Lakehurst
Hey everyone! This past weekend, Lakehurst was the backdrop for our EO group retreat, and what an unforgettable experience it was! We shared plenty of laughs, engaged in some serious discussions, and most importantly, had a ton of fun.
A huge shoutout to Zab of Craft Food House for creating a divine menu that elevated our weekend to a new level. Every dish was a masterpiece, and it truly added to the magic of our time together.
