I’ve been a real estate investor since 2007 and I started TAG back in 2013 to help other investors gain the benefits of investing in real estate without the stress and time commitment of managing the day-to-day operations of their buildings.

My systems are designed to help prevent many problems from occurring as well, allowing my clients to continue to invest with less stress and fewer issues.I am a landlord, I have my own rentals units, and I have felt the pain of things going wrong.
Early on in my investing career, I made mistakes. I dealt with non-payment of rent and bad tenants. I learned from these mistakes and developed systems to help prevent and deal with these situations.
